St. Vincent de Paul
The Society of St. Vincent de Paul is a Catholic lay organization dedicated to works of charity for the poor and needy. SVdP is an international organization; our Resurrection Conference has been in operation since 1995. Members of SVdP are men and women who strive to grow spiritually by offering person-to-person service to individuals in need. We serve the poor and needy in the Sunnyvale, California area.

Who We Are:
Members of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul (known as “Vincentians”) are men and women who together strive to grow spiritually by offering person-to-person service to neighbors in need. We invite you to stop by the front of the Church on any Saturday morning between 8 and 9, see what we do, and ask a question or two.
Know someone who needs a Thanksgiving grocery delivery? Our SVdP conference will deliver special Thanksgiving food boxes this coming Saturday, November 22. Do you know a nearby family that is having trouble providing enough food for its members? Ask, them to phone the above helpline number as soon as possible so they could be included in the delivery this coming Saturday morning.
Volunteers needed for Saturday morning, November 22: We are looking for a few family teams (a parent and one or more children aged 12 or older) to help pack and deliver special Thanksgiving food boxes to sixteen needy nearby families this coming Saturday, November 22 starting at 8 am. If you are interested, please call the above helpline number as soon as possible, with your name and contact information.
Food cards for Holidays: Please help local needy residents whose meal resources have been reduced due to the suspension of the SNAP program. Please buy a Safeway or Target card (suggested amount $25), WRITE the dollar amount on the card packaging, and put it in the designated boxes near the exits and at the back of the Church. We will give the cards to deserving families this month and next month.
